The Chalet House Program
The Chalet House behavioral health residential treatment facility is open to AHCCCS and AIHP individuals, 18 years of age and older, with a primary behavioral health and/or addiction disorder. The Chalet House is licensed and certified by the State of Arizona, our treatment programs are distinguished by a skilled and accredited staff, quality standards and a discrimination-free environment where all persons are welcomed and treated with compassion, respect, and dignity. Whether you’re experiencing your first episode of psychosis or have been struggling with depression or addiction for years, you can get your life back.
The Chalet House offers three programs: substance use disorders/addictions, dual diagnoses and/or behavioral health and an exclusive program for recipients of the AHCCCSAmerican Indian Health Plan (AIHP). Each of our programs are structured to meet residents where they are at, in their different stage of recovery. Individuals are able to admit to the program that best meets their current psychiatric needs and then The Chalet House staff will liaise with their Adult Recovery Teams to step them down to a less restrictive environment as their symptoms and skills increase and improve.

ADMIN DEPARTMENT
The Chalet House LLC was established in 2006 with the goal of “Making a difference one person at a time” The administration office hosts groups through the week, the Human Resources department and the Administration department.
The administration focuses on ensuring compliance with state and local policies and laws. Admin ensures after-hours support to the programs and includes the Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology departments.

CLINICAL DEPARTMENT
The Clinical team is responsible for ensuring client success, program development, oversight, and training and development of staff at all levels. The Clinical team includes the training department and case management for residents.
