CLINICAL DEPARTMENT
Clinical Care Coordinator
Reviews all incoming admissions for appropriate placement. Meets with members on an individual basis once per week to "touch base" on their journey.
Recovery Coordinator
Works in collaboration with the Clinical Care Coordinator as well as ensuring the member's continuity of care with minimal interruption, reviews the member's treatment plan, facilitate adult recovery team meetings, recommends treatment objections and interventions based on assessment, diagnosis, and member's personal goals.
Clinical Director
Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners licensed individual who is responsible for overseeing and developing the Clinical Department including providing clinical training to BHT and BHPP level employees, ensure compliance and provide clinical oversight to coordinators including but not limited to completing assessments, treatment plans and/or psychoeducational interventions offered by The Chalet House.
